Troubleshooting


This page provides an overview of error codes.

- ERROR 1215: Message dropped. No outgoing route found.

This indicates, that there are not outbound routes available for your SMS messages in your system. You must add an outbound route using the method described on the following url: http://www.ozekisms.com/index.php?owpn=139  
Each outbound route has a name. If you specify this name in your application in the service provider field, then you can be sure your message will be sent through that route.

- ERROR 1845: Message could not be sent.
