How to Set the Polling Time for the Database User

First, select the Database user, and click the Configure link. Then, the configuration form will show up on the right. Here, select the SQL for sending tab, and specify a value of your choice.
This value specifies, in seconds, how frequently Ozeki NG is to check the ozekimessageout table for rows where the status is "send".
